1Interpretation & Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the mbi365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list for gambling services.
• Use of the mbi365 platform for betting purposes must not contravene any laws or regulations applicable in your country or jurisdiction.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration. Submitting false information is a serious violation.
• Mbi365 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to become members of this platform.

3Account Registration

Registering with mbi365 is straightforward and free of charge. However, there are several important rules that must be observed:

1. One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at mbi365. Owning multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited.
2. Accurate information: You must provide your full name, phone number, date of birth, and accurate information during registration. This information must match your valid identification document.
3. Account verification: mbi365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your identification card) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or for withdrawal requests exceeding RM5,000.
4. Password: You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. mbi365 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access due to a weak or shared password.
5. Up-to-date information: You are responsible for keeping the information in your account accurate and up to date. Contact the mbi365 support team if you need to make any changes.

4Deposit & Payment

Mbi365 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysia payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Minimum deposit: RM30
• DuitNow — Minimum deposit: RM30
• GrabPay — Minimum deposit: RM30
• Boost — Minimum deposit: RM30
• ShopeePay — Minimum deposit: RM30
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) — Minimum deposit: RM50

Deposits are typically processed instantly. However, in certain cases such as technical issues or security verification, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact mbi365 customer support immediately.

Mbi365 does not impose any hidden fees on deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified (identity and phone number verification completed).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, or another method that has been registered under your name.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Mbi365 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification before approving any withdrawal.

6Bonus & Promotions

Mbi365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover: Each bonus carries a specific rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The rollover rate is stated in the terms of the respective promotion.
• Duration: Bonuses have an expiry period. If the rollover requirement is not met within the stipulated timeframe, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• One active bonus at a time: Generally, only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable: Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Authorised use only: mbi365 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there is evidence of misuse, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms.
• Final decision: mbi365's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and issuance are final and not subject to dispute.

7Sports Betting Rules

Mbi365's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of events, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF World Tour badminton, Thomas Cup, tennis, NBA basketball, and e-sports. The general betting rules are as follows:

• All confirmed bets are non-cancellable, except under circumstances permitted by mbi365's policy (such as an event being cancelled before it begins).
• If a match is postponed after it has commenced and is not completed within 48 hours, all bets will be refunded to members.
• Odds are offered in European (decimal) format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is RM2 per bet unless otherwise stated.
• Mbi365 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a disputed result (e.g. a match result reversed by a sporting body), mbi365 will defer to the official ruling of the relevant sports regulatory authority.

8Casino Games & Slots

The rules for online casino games at mbi365, including live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, and slots, are as follows:

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent body to ensure fairness.
• In live dealer games, all decisions made by the dealer are final once the round is complete.
• In the event of a technical failure such as an internet disconnection during a game, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the system at the time of disconnection.
• The progressive jackpot amounts displayed are current values and may change from moment to moment.
• The minimum bet for slots is RM0.20 per round and for table games is RM5 per hand unless otherwise stated.

9Prohibited Member Conduct

Mbi365 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following. Violations may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

• Fraud or misrepresentation: Using a false identity, another person's bank card details, or any forged documents.
• Money laundering: Using the mbi365 platform for any activity related to money laundering or other unlawful activities.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, scripts, or automated tools to play or place bets on the mbi365 platform.
• Player collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Inappropriate language and behaviour: Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards mbi365 staff or other players during any interaction on the platform.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Mbi365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• There has been a breach of any terms set out in this document.
• There is suspicious activity or conduct that potentially violates applicable laws.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• The member fails to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon request by the relevant competent authorities.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting mbi365 customer support. Prior to closure, all valid balances (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

11mbi365 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, mbi365 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Any losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

12Responsible Gaming

Mbi365 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help members stay in control of their play:

• Deposit limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Betting limits: A maximum bet limit can be set to manage spending during a gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Members may request a temporary break from the platform for a set period (1 day to 6 months).
• Self-exclusion: Members with gambling-related concerns may apply for permanent self-exclusion through mbi365 customer support.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Mbi365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

We will display the latest "Updated" date at the top of this document so members can easily identify whether any changes have been made. We encourage you to check this page periodically.

Your continued use of the mbi365 platform following any amendments will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mbi365 platform shall be resolved through the following procedure:

1. Internal resolution: All complaints must first be submitted to the mbi365 customer support team. We will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
2. Appeals: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an internal review, you may submit a written appeal to mbi365 management via email at support@mbi365.biz.
3. Final: mbi365 management's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, odds, and the interpretation of these terms are final and binding.
